Anreise & Parken
Die Unterkunft liegt zentral am Lister Platz in Hannover. Zum Be- und Entladen können Sie direkt vor dem Haus halten. Öffentliche Parkplätze befinden sich in den umliegenden Straßen. Der Zugang erfolgt über einen Schlüsselsafe mit individuellem Code, den Sie am Anreisetag automatisch per Nachricht erhalten.

Der Lister Platz ist einer der beliebtesten Stadtteile Hannovers – mit zahlreichen Cafés, Restaurants, Bäckereien und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Die U-Bahn-Station „Lister Platz“ liegt nur wenige Schritte entfernt und bietet eine schnelle Verbindung in die Innenstadt, zur Messe oder zum Hauptbahnhof.
Einkaufen & Gastronomie
Supermärkte, Bäckereien und Apotheken befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Besonders empfehlenswert: – Heinz & Heinz, das sich direkt im Erdgeschoss des Hauses befindet. – Zahlreiche gemütliche Lokale und Cafés rund um den Lister Platz und die Lister Meile.

Unsere Wohnung ist vollständig ausgestattet und bietet alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt – vom modernen Bad mit Regendusche bis zur voll ausgestatteten Küche. Zwei Smart-TVs mit Streaming-Funktion befinden sich in den Schlafzimmern. Schnelles Glasfaser-WLAN steht Ihnen kostenlos zur Verfügung.

The accommodation is centrally located at Lister Platz in Hanover. For loading and unloading, you may stop directly in front of the building. Public parking spaces are available in the surrounding streets. Access to the apartment is provided via a key safe with an individual code, which you will automatically receive by message on the day of arrival.
Lister Platz is one of the most popular districts in Hanover, offering numerous cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and shopping opportunities right outside the door. The “Lister Platz” underground station is just a few steps away and provides fast and convenient connections to the city center, the trade fair grounds, and the main train station.
Supermarkets, bakeries, and pharmacies are located in immediate proximity. Particularly recommended is Heinz & Heinz, which is situated directly on the ground floor of the building. In addition, many cozy cafés and restaurants can be found around Lister Platz and along the Lister Meile.
Our apartment is fully equipped and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay – from a modern bathroom with a walk-in rain shower to a fully equipped kitchen. Two Smart TVs with streaming functionality are available in the bedrooms. High-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.
