Hausordnung

Allgemeine Nutzung

•Die Räumlichkeiten dienen ausschließlich der kurzfristigen privaten Nutzung.

•Bitte behandeln Sie die Wohnung sowie sämtliche Einrichtungsgegenstände sorgfältig.

•Gewerbliche oder illegale Nutzungen – insbesondere sexuelle Dienstleistungen – sind untersagt.

Rauchverbot

•Das Rauchen ist in der gesamten Wohnung nicht gestattet – auch an Fenstern oder im Bad.

•Bei Verstoß wird eine pauschale Sonderreinigung in Höhe von 500 € fällig (inkl. Ozonbehandlung, Textil- und Lüftungsreinigung).

•Zusätzlich haftet der Mieter für etwaige Folgeschäden und Nutzungsausfall.

Kerzen & offenes Feuer

•Kerzen, Duftlampen oder ähnliche offene Flammen sind aus Brandschutzgründen nicht erlaubt.

•Auch brennbare Dekorationen oder Geräte dürfen nicht verwendet werden.

Haustiere

•Haustiere sind grundsätzlich nicht gestattet.

•Ausgenommen sind angemeldete Assistenztiere (z. B. Blindenhunde).

Gästeanzahl & Besuch

•Die Wohnung darf nur von der gebuchten Personenzahl genutzt werden.

•Der Empfang weiterer Gäste ist vorher anzumelden und bedarf der Zustimmung. Eine zusätzliche Gebühr kann anfallen.

•Nicht angemeldete Besucher führen zum Ausschluss vom Aufenthalt – ohne Erstattung.

Rücksicht & Lautstärke

•Bitte nehmen Sie Rücksicht auf das Wohnumfeld, auch wenn die Räumlichkeiten gut schallisoliert sind.

•Keine Partys oder laute Veranstaltungen erlaubt.

•Musikanlagen und Gespräche bitte auf Zimmerlautstärke beschränken – insbesondere nachts.

•Ruhestörung im Treppenhaus oder Außenbereich kann zum Ausschluss führen.

Zugang & Schlüssel

•Der Zugang erfolgt über einen Schlüsselkasten mit individuellem Code.

•Der Zugangscode ist vertraulich zu behandeln und nicht an Dritte weiterzugeben.

•Vor dem Verlassen ist der Schlüssel an den Haken neben der Eingangstür zurückzuhängen.

•Verlust oder unsachgemäße Rückgabe kann zu Ersatzkosten der Schließanlage führen.

Ordnung & Rückgabe

•Die Wohnung ist in ordentlichem Zustand zu hinterlassen:

•benutztes Geschirr spülen oder in die Spülmaschine stellen

•grobe Verunreinigungen beseitigen

•Schäden oder Mängel sind umgehend mitzuteilen.

Hygiene

•Bitte hinterlassen Sie das Bad und die Toilette in sauberem Zustand.

•Keine Hygieneartikel, Feuchttücher oder Verpackungen im WC entsorgen – nutzen Sie die vorgesehenen Abfalleimer.

Nutzung des Fernsehers und Streaming-Dienste

•Gästen steht ein internetfähiger Fernseher mit Fire TV Stick zur Verfügung. Zahlreiche Apps sind bereits installiert und können individuell genutzt werden.

•Bei Nutzung eigener Streaming-Konten (z. B. Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+) sind Gäste verpflichtet, sich nach der Nutzung wieder aus dem jeweiligen Konto abzumelden.

•Der Gastgeber übernimmt keine Haftung für vergessene Logins oder etwaige Datenweitergaben durch Dritte.

•Mit Nutzung des Geräts erklären Sie sich mit diesen Bedingungen einverstanden.

Haftung

•Der Mieter haftet für alle durch ihn oder seine Gäste verursachten Schäden.

•Dies gilt auch für Folgekosten bei unsachgemäßer Nutzung oder Verstößen gegen diese Hausordnung.

Mit dem Betreten der Wohnung erkennen Sie diese Hausordnung verbindlich an.

House Rules

General Use

•The premises are for short-term private use only.

•Please treat the apartment and all furnishings with care.

•Commercial or illegal uses – especially sexual services – are prohibited.

No Smoking

•Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment – including at windows or in the bathroom.

•A flat-rate special cleaning fee of €500 will be charged for any violation (including ozone treatment, textile cleaning, and ventilation cleaning).

•The tenant is also liable for any consequential damages and loss of use.

Candles & Open Flames

•Candles, scented lamps, or similar open flames are not permitted for fire safety reasons.

•Flammable decorations or appliances may not be used.

Pets

•Pets are generally not allowed.

•Exceptions are registered assistance animals (e.g., guide dogs).

Number of Guests & Visitors

•The apartment may only be used by the number of people booked.

•Receiving additional guests requires prior notification and approval. An additional fee may apply.

•Unregistered visitors will result in exclusion from the stay – without refund.

Consideration & Noise

•Please be considerate of the surrounding community, even though the premises are well soundproofed.

•No parties or loud events are permitted.

•Please keep music and conversations at a low volume – especially at night.

•Disturbing the peace in the stairwell or outdoor area may result in exclusion.

Access & Keys

•Access is via a key box with an individual code.

•The access code must be kept confidential and not shared with third parties.

•Before leaving, please return the key to the hook next to the entrance door.

•Loss or improper return of the key may result in the cost of replacing the locking system.

Order & Return

•The apartment must be left in a tidy condition:

•Wash used dishes or put them in the dishwasher

•Remove any major dirt

•Any damage or defects must be reported immediately.

Hygiene

•Please leave the bathroom and toilet clean.

•Do not dispose of hygiene products, wipes, or packaging in the toilet – please use the provided waste bins.

Use of the TV and Streaming Services

•Guests have access to an internet-enabled TV with a Fire TV Stick. Numerous apps are already installed and can be used individually.

•When using their own streaming accounts (e.g., Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+), guests are required to log out of the respective account after use.

•The host assumes no liability for forgotten logins or any data sharing by third parties.

•By using the device, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Liability

•The tenant is liable for all damages caused by them or their guests.

•This also applies to consequential costs resulting from improper use or violations of these house rules.

Note:

By entering the apartment, you acknowledge and accept these house rules as binding.
